Problem

On some systems video does not play in the SeaTube, Digital Fishers, or Camera Control applications.

Solutions

Try any of the following steps to solve the video problem:
  1. Make sure your are using the right address:

  2. Reload your browser cache:
    1. Windows: ctrl + F5
    2. Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
    3. Linux: F5
       
  3. Make sure you're using an up-to-date modern browser. Ocean Networks Canada supports the latest versions of:
    1. Firefox (seems to work best)
    2. Chrome
    3. Edge
    4. Safari
       
  4. If the above steps don't work, please Raise a Support Request in our Help Centre, and we'll try to help you work through the problem.
