Improvements
- Significant changes to User Interface of CodeRunner, also optimized web services.
- Disable old 'admin menu' landing pages. Menus are now populated based on user group permissions.
- Reverse Sort Dives in SeaTube. Menu sorts much faster, with most recent dives first.
- "Location" drop-down populates much faster in Plotting Utility, Data Search.
- CodeRunner now supports templates that are packages.
