PMT Spectrometer Raw Data
This data product captures the information as intensity, wavelength, time duration, direction from weak light pulse, while the high-gain PMT tube amplify the weak signal. In brief it includes the following measurements:
spectrum of bioluminescence
take pictures of the bioluminescence
spectrum of the absorption in water

Format
HLD
The raw data format to store PMT read-out data is the binary HLD format, which is the default format for TRB data writing TRB3 Document. Each event has an event header, followed by an arbitrary number of subevents. The subevents contain a header and a data block, consisting of subsubevents, which are data blocks from individual FPGAs.
