AQUAlogger Manufacturer Format

The AQUAlogger Manufacturer Format file is the raw form of data produced by the Aquatec AQUAlogger Turbidity meters.

Formats

CSV (Comma Separated Variables)

CSV-formatted data files can be opened with Microsoft Excel, Ocean Data View, R, SPSS, Minitab, Matlab, text editors or any other software capable of reading delimited text files.

The file includes a few lines for the the header section, followed by the data entries. The header includes the file name, instrument type, regime information and,for each logger channels, the calibration coefficients, averaging information and gain mode, followed by the start and stop times, the heading and units. The first data entry is preceded by BURSTSTART and subsequent data entry is preceded by DATA.
