Improvements

• • Significant changes to User Interface of CodeRunner, also optimized web services.
  • Disable old 'admin menu' landing pages. Menus are now populated based on user group permissions.
  • Reverse Sort Dives in SeaTube. Menu sorts much faster, with most recent dives first.
  • "Location" drop-down populates much faster in Plotting Utility, Data Search.
  • CodeRunner now supports templates that are packages.
