- Increased the number of daily "casts" (down-up transits) of the Buoy Profiling System in Saanich Inlet from 2 to 4.

- added support for Google Universal Analytics
- Modified the way quarter scalar data is generated in order to improve reliability and speed.
- Wrote a driver for the Sea-Bird Microcat SBE37SMP-ODO which will be deployed at the FORCE observatory in the Bay of Fundy.
