Initial wave propagation modelling for the areas of Barkley Sound and Port Alberni have been run with FUNWAVE. These models are based on the Digital Elevation Models generated by NOAA-NCEI and the source models by Natural Resources Canada. These models have been run by Tania Insua under the supervision of Stephan and Annette Grilli (University of Rhode Island) with advice from Jeff Harris (University of Paris-Est) and Dmitry Nicolsky (University of Alaska-Fairbanks).
