Deprecated / No Longer Available

Ocean Networks Canada provided metadata products in the FGDC format, but this will be deprecated in the November 1, 2019 release. FGDC metadata products have some deficiencies. Please refer to the ISO 19115 Metadata Product, which are available with all data products.

If you have legacy FGDC data products, the following information may be useful.

Ocean Networks Canada adopted the guidelines from the US Federal Geographic Data Committee who revised their standard in 1998. Reference:
