This is an internal file that is processed and archived to create annotations in the annotations system within Oceans 3.0. It is a text file with a delimited format, the exact specification is documented internally and may change. It is not a publicly available file; only available to ONC staff for verification purposes.
Annotations are available via several user interfaces that include annotation export to a CSV text file, which is a different format and type than Annotation .an files.
